Refund & Cancellation Policy
Subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund terms for ZSchool4u school plans.

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid school subscriptions and related commercial services for ZSchool4u. Student fee payments collected by a school from parents are transactions between the school and the parent; those refunds are governed by the school's own fee rules, not this policy.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Schools are billed as per the agreed plan, quotation, invoice, or contract (monthly/annual or custom). Taxes (including GST where applicable) are charged as required by law. Invoices are issued to the school/billing contact on file.
3. Cancellation
Schools may cancel future renewal by written notice to support@zschool4u.com before the next billing cycle starts (or as stated in the contract). Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed. Early termination mid-cycle does not automatically create a prorated refund unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
4. Refunds
• Duplicate payments or proven billing errors: eligible for correction/refund after verification. • Service not delivered due to our material failure lasting an unreasonable period after written notice: we may offer service credit or a partial refund at our discretion or as required by law. • Change of mind after activation/onboarding has started: generally non-refundable except where mandatory consumer law applies. • Custom implementation or onboarding fees: non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically 7–14 business days after approval).
5. How to request
Email support@zschool4u.com with school name, invoice number, payment reference, and reason. Unresolved billing disputes may be escalated to grievance@zschool4u.com (see /grievance).
6. Changes
We may update this policy. Contractual terms in a signed school agreement prevail over this page to the extent of conflict.
