Account & Data Deletion
How to request deletion of a ZSchool4u user account or personal data (Play Store & privacy compliance).

1. Overview
ZSchool4u accounts are typically created by your school. You can request deletion of your user account and associated personal data as described below. This page satisfies Google Play requirements for a publicly discoverable account deletion path.
2. In-app / portal path (preferred)
1. Sign in to the Android app or web portal. 2. Open Profile or Settings → Legal & Support (app) or contact your school admin. 3. Ask your school administrator to deactivate/delete your user account if you no longer need access. School admins can disable users from the school admin console. Platform operators can assist schools on written request.
3. Email request path
If you cannot use the in-app path, email privacy@zschool4u.com from your registered email with subject "Account Deletion Request" and include: • Full name • Registered email / phone • School name • Role (parent, teacher, student, admin, etc.) • Whether you want account deactivation only or deletion of personal data We will acknowledge within a reasonable time and complete deletion or explain lawful retention within approximately 30 days (or sooner where required).
4. What is deleted vs retained
Upon verified deletion we remove or anonymize personal profile data under our control (name, email, phone, profile photo, login credentials) where feasible. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, audit, security, dispute resolution, or academic statutory retention (for example fee receipts or attendance archives the school must keep). School-owned academic records may remain under the school's instructions until the school authorizes purge.
5. Parent / student requests
Parents requesting deletion of a minor student's data should contact the school first. Schools remain responsible for education-record retention rules. ZSchool4u will coordinate with the school on verified requests.
