Child Safety & Student Data
How ZSchool4u handles minors' data and child safety expectations for schools using the platform.

1. Education context
ZSchool4u is a school management platform. It is not a public social network for children. Student profiles are created by schools for academic and operational purposes (attendance, fees, exams, parent communication).
2. Parental / school responsibility
Schools must obtain and record any required parental/guardian consent before creating student accounts, collecting biometrics, or sending student-related alerts. Parents should supervise how login credentials for student/parent apps are used.
3. What we do not do
We do not knowingly: • Sell children's personal data • Use student academic data for third-party behavioural advertising • Allow public discovery of student profiles outside the school's authorized roles
4. Safety & reporting
Report suspected misuse, bullying via school messaging features, unauthorized access to a minor's account, or child-safety concerns to grievance@zschool4u.com and support@zschool4u.com, and also inform the school principal/admin immediately. We will cooperate with schools and lawful authorities on verified safety incidents.
5. Deletion & access
Parents/guardians seeking access, correction, or deletion of a student's personal data should contact the school first, then privacy@zschool4u.com if platform assistance is required. See /account-deletion.
